All UK deliveries are charged at £4.95 (FREE delivery for orders over £50.00) – we use either Royal Mail 1st class post ‘Signed For’ service or Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ service.
All European deliveries (in the EU) are charged at £10.95 – this is a fully tracked service using Royal Mail ‘Airsure’, ‘International Signed for’ or Royal Mail ‘Parcelforce’.
If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date, offered an alternative or a refund of your purchase.
Rest of the World / International Postage
All International deliveries are charged at £18.95 with the exception of Australia and New Zealand which are charged at £21.95 – this service is a tracked Royal Mail ‘Airsure’ or ‘International Signed for’ service.
Out of Stock
Whilst we strive to ensure the accuracy of our website, there may be some occasions when we are ‘out of stock’ of a particular item. In such instances, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date, offered a possible alternative or given a full refund of your purchase.
Customs Charges (non EU and Rest of the World)
Please note: The Red Door Gallery is not liable for any customs charges made in non EU countries. We are duty bound to fill in a customs form and the customer is completely responsible for any customs charges to the governing authority.
Standard Delivery /Timescales
We aim to have all orders shipped within 2 working days from when the order is received, however it is often sooner. Once dispatched, we will email you to let you know the goods have been sent.
Approximate delivery timescales are as follows.
- UK – 3 to 7 days
- European – 7 to 10 days
- International / Rest of World – 10 to 14 days
Express (next day) Delivery
We can offer Special Delivery (next Day service) for UK deliveries. If you require this service, please call us on 0131 477 3255 to make your order by telephone. This enables us to ensure that the item(s) are in stock and that the order makes its way to our dispatch team straight away.

Returns & Exchanges:
Damaged goods - In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement of your order. We will require the damaged goods to be returned to us before we can ship a replacement to you.
Exchanges / Credit Note – Whilst we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return the goods. Please just let us know, post the item back within 14 days of receipt to the address below and we will gladly offer you an exchange, credit note or gift voucher. Please note that that you will be responsible for the cost of postage back to us.
