Burgudy and Clovet, this house is located in the Bywater neighborhood of New Orleans, just a few blocks from the Mississippi River. It’s one of Magda Boreysza’s favourite houses. She cycles past it almost every day and admires it’s large, fragile structure and complex lines. The house, like so many others in New Orleans, is slowly being consumed by a mass of vines.
This line drawing of a house is part of a larger series of New Orleans architecture.
