Description

Edinburgh Festival is a time for celebration, to roll out the bunting and fly your creative flag!

This Festival City print by David Fleck is a beautiful portrait of the Edinburgh Castle perched above the rest of Edinburgh city. Fleck enjoys depicting the architecture of yesterday, focusing upon buildings which were in place before the mid 1900’s.  This is a devise used to remind us of a simpler time and set your imagination wondering.

Created by David Fleck for the “Crag & Tale” exhibition, for which we encouraged illustrators to look at Edinburgh from a different perspective. Curated by Nicky Brooks at the Red Door Gallery you can read more about this exhibition here.
