The shapes of these lovely pieces have been based on the Trig Points at the tops of hills and mountains, very common across Scotland. They have each been hand painted and illustrated with Crag inspired lines using the tip of a feather. Very subtle touches of gold represent the sun light which dances dramatically across mountainous skylines – iconic to the dramatic Scottish landscape.
Each Sprig Point has also visited the very top of Arthurs Seat in Edinburgh, and perched on its Trig Point!
Ideal for keeping your favourite green, sprig memento from a beautiful walk, or a lovely selection of dried flowers!
These ceramic creations have been made from clay sourced direct from the North Sea coast. They have then been pit fired which brings to light there natural, raw essence and earthiness. Very tactile, the sprig points are finished to allow their natural textures to be admired, and the processes behind their construction to be felt beneath your fingertips!
