Waiting To Transform A3 Print
£ 35.00
The selkie woman is lifted by the ice-cold swell, as her sealskin coat helps her transform into her seal shape. Below her the kelp shifts and shimmers in the ocean.
Catherine printed this ocean-swimming inspired illustration her my risograph machine in four colours (HD Black, Blue, Hunter Green & Sunflower Yellow) on 100% recycled, windpower-made paper by Loop. The lovely flecked paper perfectly suits the eco-friendly risograph process and brings out the vibrant ink colours.
A perfect gift for ocean swimmers, folklore lovers and those seeking their inner wilderness.
“Waiting to Transform”
A3 Risograph print
Loop Milkweed 120 gsm 100% recycled paper
edition of 60, hand-signed and numbered
Risograph printing is an ecologically friendly printing process, using inks made from rice bran oil (a by-product of rice production that would otherwise be wasted), and printed using a “cold” low energy process onto uncoated paper. The nature of the process is such that there will be slight differences in ink coverage and registration, which ensures no two prints are the same and makes for its charm and popularity. The colours may also differ slightly from the colours on your screen.
