It’s January 2022, so why not start off with a blast of colour with these bold industrial shapes from our friends at ‘Underway Studio’
Founded in 2016, the four members of Underway Studio work collaboratively on design projects using silk-screen print as a primary medium. Print designs are passed between the collective until they are finalised and ready to be screenprinted. As a result, the artworks have an impression from each artist creating a unique aesthetic.
See this section from ‘Southbank Icons’ is a handmade screen print celebrating famous cultural spaces from London’s Southbank.
Featured buildings on this print include the National Theatre, Tate Modern and the Hayward Gallery.
