Adrian McMurchie

Adrian McMurchie is a Scottish artist living in Glasgow. Adrian has a keen interest in detailing ‘urban life’ through cityscapes and buildings. Working initially in ‘watercolour and ink’ Adrian starts with a simple line drawing and then fills the colour to make these bright and lifting illustrations.

Adrian’s work has appeared in most UK national newspapers, magazines, for children’s book publishers (including a unique children’s literary guide to Edinburgh, introduced by J.K. Rowling) and for design consultants. His panoramic cityscapes are installed in public buildings across Scotland such Radisson Red & Blue hotels and The Corinthian Club.
