Freya Cummings

Freya is an Illustrator, Designer and Printmaker. Working from her studio in Dundee, she creates limited edition screenprints, handprinted wallpapers, and bespoke artworks.

She has a First Class BA in Illustration and Printmaking from DJCAD in Dundee, and an MA in Multi-Disciplinary Printmaking from UWE in Bristol. Her work has been published by Busy B, Canns Down Press, The Art Group, UK Greetings, Hallmark and Marks and Spencers.

In 2007 Freya co-founded a Printmakers co-operative and gallery in Bristol’s City Centre which was open until 2012. Freya then returned to Scotland and to the village where she grew up and began her career as a self employed artist. She has two troublesome sausage dogs called Otto and Ivy, who sometimes feature in her work – and she’d like more.
