Karoline Rerrie

Karoline Rerrie is a Birmingham based illustrator whose enchanting folk art inspired prints translate into beautiful books, unique totes and charming greetings cards. She’s not shy of bright and playful colours and strives to maintain a handmade quality in her imagery and production techniques which include silk screen printing and the occasional Japanese Gocco print.

Karoline believes in building a strong community between artists and hand crafters thus also co-ordinates the publication of the Girls Who Draw series of postcard books and zines, which feature her work and that of other female illustrators and always emphasise the diverse styles and interpretations of a theme.

Karoline’s works have been exhibited in The Red Door Gallery since 2009 and has given rise to some beautiful exhibitions and window installations over the years!
