Laurie Hastings

Laurie is an Illustrator and Screen Print Artist. Born and raised in Hong Kong, educated in Edinburgh and London, and now drawing and screen printing from her studio in Nottingham.

Laurie has worked for a wide variety of international clients, with commissions including book jackets for Penguin Random House, editorial pieces for Psychologies Magazine, Live Happy, Brain & Life Magazine and a suite of mural size illustrations for Chelsea Westminster Hospital’s Midwife Led Birthing Unit.
Laurie also creates Limited Edition Silk Screen Print.

The Red Door Gallery has been supporting Laurie’s work since her solo exhibition with us ‘I Wish I Had A River’, way back in 2008! We are very pleased to showcase Laurie’s colourful new work and we hope that you like it too!
