Rosanna Reade

Rosanna Reade is a self-taught artist practicing in Edinburgh, producing bold single colour ‘linocut prints’ and inspired by themes of nature, myths, stories and animals.  “I like the bold imagery that linocuts can produce, and I enjoy exploring the use of negative space in my prints”. Growing up in Northern Ireland in the countryside, Rosanna has always been drawn to nature, and it is her primary source of inspiration. She also loves re-interpreting famous stories, characters or myths into visual images, such as Greek myths and characters from favourite books. Rosanna also works hard to be as sustainable as possible, which we fully support.
